About the Book
In search of new landscapes to photograph I decided to follow the local ravens. Ravens enjoy secluded ridge top perches overlooking the canyons that I wanted to see. I started tracking ravens on mountain bike rides, pedaling as much as I could up steep rocky peaks, and then scrambling on foot with my camera as they flew overhead. Topanga can feel like the wilderness or the suburbs depending on your perspective. Ravens showed me a place where I could see both.
